Lionhood Residency Program

This unique initiative provides hospitality coaching and animal-assisted therapy services for non-profit workers and missionaries.

Location:

Located just outside Atlanta, GA, our Residency Program strategically ensures convenient access for local and global workers. Located just a stone's throw away from Atlanta, our residency program offers a serene escape amidst charming small towns such as Newnan, Trilith, and Serenbe. Here, you can indulge in leisurely strolls through galleries, cozy cafes, and quaint shops, or embark on invigorating hikes amidst nature's beauty. Our program seamlessly combines the tranquility of the woods with the vibrancy of local life, providing a perfect balance of peace and excitement for our participants.

Addressing Burnout:

Drawing from our extensive 15+ years of experience working on the mission field, we recognize the profound commitment and sacrifices of field workers. Given the alarming 43% burnout rate among missionaries and non-profit workers in the United States and internationally due to demanding work environments, our objective is to offer comprehensive support.

What We Provide:

Our Lionhood Residency program provides non-profit and missionary workers a serene environment in the woods surrounded by farm animals and nature. Participants have access to personalized coaching resources, including Life Coaching, Psychotherapy, and Animal-Assisted Therapy. Our mission is to restore these workers' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, empowering them to re-engage with renewed energy.

Certified Professionals:

Our coaches, therapists, and animal-assisted therapists are certified, ensuring a professional, high-quality coaching and therapy approach built on years of dedicated study and hundreds of certified hours. All team members bring extensive experience in missions and non-profit work, both domestically and internationally, including in developing countries.

Coaching Focus:

Our coaching addresses crucial topics such as Emotional and Spiritual Burnout and Burnout Prevention, Work-Life Balance, Financial Strain, Conflict and Criticism, Leadership Challenges, Spiritual and Personal Growth, Loneliness and Isolation, and Boundary Setting.
